Nikk Wise (nee Schmalz) is a born & raised Mildmay Resident, wife to Ryan, mother of 3 awesome daughters, Charlie, Rylie, & Ellie, & finally you may know her best as the proud owner of Harley’s Pub & Perk for over 16 years.
The Commercial Hotel was built in 1872 & has been owned by many Schmalz’s throughout the years starting in 1919. It was operated under many names including The Commercial Hotel, Schmalz Country Inn, Cornerstone Inn and finally in 2004 it became Harley’s Pub & Perk
(named after Nikk’s Uncle Harley who ran the hotel with her Grandpa Chucks for many years).
Since 2004, Nikk has expanded her business from a bar, to a beloved Pub, Coffee Shop & Catering Business.
Her passion for Mildmay, Bruce County & local businesses is on the forefront of all she does and she truly loves serving her community, one meal at a time.
